Due to the weight limit, both the pack and the vest must be upgraded. Island Tank: Have a shield pack, ballistic shield, and ballistic vest in your inventory at the same time.Island Sentinel: Survive an attack from the Monster, once during the day and once during the night.Island Diver: Use up 2k units of oxygen with the Diving Gear in one life.

There are currently 60+ titles, most of which are directly related to the badges obtainable in-game (seen below).
